We recommend the following:
- Try to set off for the Sellaronda before 10:00.
- It is very important to have crossed the last pass by 15:30. If not, you will risk missing the last lift back to your starting point.
- In adverse weather conditions (heavy snow or squally winds) some of the lifts might be out of operation. Click here to see which lifts are operational.
Every 4 years it meets Corvara: start and finish of the Sellaronda ski marathon.
1300 participants fight in the evening with 4 climbs and 4 descents around the Sella group. In pairs, they master the strenuous touring ski competition with a length of 42km and 2,700m climb in the largest ski area in the world.
The spectacular finish at the Corvara ice stadium offers the spectators an exciting evening, with live streaming up close during the entire race.
Don't miss it!
