General Terms and Conditions:
The prices listed above are in Euros per person/per night in double room and double occupancy, for a minimum stay of three nights and include a lavish breakfast buffet in the morning, parking area and ski room, resp. garage for bikes. Local tax of Euro 2,50 per person/per day is charged in addition.
The reservation will be confirmed after the registration of the deposit by bank. The deposit (acc. to Italian law Caparra) is a guarantee for your reservation and is not understood as a prepayment for our service. In any case the deposit will be withheld.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
- cancellations more than 30 days before the day of arrival are charged with the withheld of the deposit only
- cancellation within 30 days before the day of arrival and prior departures are charged with the whole amount of your reservation
We strongly suggest you consider purchasing a travel insurance/trip cancellation insurance to cover you in unforeseen circumstances.
The final payment can be done by cash in Euro (max. Euro 5.000,00), credit card or in advance by bank transfer prior to your arrival.
The deposit and the total payment can be done by bank transfer on our bank account or by credit card, on our homepage in the menu "Click to Pay"

Discount and conditions for an additional bed:
- 10% discount per person
- Baby cot (up to 2 years of age) is Euro 20,00 per day
Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
On the day of arrival the room is at your disposal from 2.00 pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 am.
